Yesterday I took advantage of the cold winter weather and went out into the forest for a shoot in my 6 years old costume. I still like the costume so much. Some small improvements have since been made on it and a new wig was bought and styled.
I love Tim Burton and I love his movie Sleepy Hollow! I know Katrina is wearing many great dresses in the movie and this one has only a few seconds of screen time, but it's so typical Burton and pretty and bizarre I want to do badly! The shoot was incredibly enjoyable, but it was also incredibly cold. Although I still had some layers of fabric underneath, to keep me warm, but that was of no advantage to you, if you dig through the snowed forest.

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis picture looks very well.
The whole blue atmosphere fits really well with the cold winter forest. I think you did a fine job with the colors.
Also the dress looks good and the black and white stripes gives the Tim Burton effect. You did a nice job with the contrast because this picture draws the attention to the center (to you). This picture really reminds me of Sleepy Hollow even before I read your description and your dress looks very similar to the one used in the movie.
The blurr effect and your expression gives the feeling that something or someone is following you which fits the movie very well. Maybe the only thing you can look out for is blurring stripes because it looks a bit like an optical illusion.
